Restroom Trailer Rental
A Real Restroom, Wherever You Need It
You planned every detail of the day. The restroom shouldn't be the one thing guests remember for the wrong reason. Our restroom trailer gives them what they'd expect indoors: a flushing toilet, a sink with running water, good lighting and a cool, comfortable room even in a Mississippi July.
Step inside and it doesn't feel like a rental. It's clean, bright and modern, with finishes that look at home at a barn wedding, a corporate dinner or a VIP tent at a tailgate. Guests walk up a few steps, close a real door and get a few minutes of comfort before heading back to the party.
Like everything we rent, the trailer is cleaned and sanitized top to bottom before every delivery, and it comes from a local company that answers the phone from 6 AM to 8 PM.
Inside the trailer
What's Inside Our 3-Station Restroom Trailer
From a single unit on a framing job to a full restroom setup for a festival, we have the equipment to cover it.
Three Private Stations
Three separate stations keep lines short and give every guest privacy.
Flushing Toilets
Toilets that flush like the ones at home, not an open tank under a plastic seat. No smell, no view and no second thoughts.
Running Water Sinks
Wash up at a real sink with soap and paper towels. No hand sanitizer pump, no separate wash station to line up for.
Climate Control
Air conditioning for Mississippi summers and heat for fall game days and winter events. Guests step into a comfortable room in any season.
Clean, Modern Interior
Bright lighting, mirrors and clean, modern finishes that feel like a nice restroom indoors, not a rental on a trailer.
Stocked and Ready
Toilet paper, soap and paper towels are loaded before delivery, so the trailer is ready the moment the first guest arrives.
PICK THE RIGHT ONE
Restroom Trailer or Porta John?

Perfect for
When a Restroom Trailer Makes Sense
Weddings & Receptions
Barn venues, backyard ceremonies and outdoor receptions often don't have indoor restrooms, or don't have enough. A trailer keeps guests in their dress clothes comfortable all night and matches the care you put into everything else.
Game Days & VIP Tailgates
Give your Mississippi State tailgate, suite party or sponsor tent a restroom that's a real perk. Climate control is a big deal on an early-season afternoon or a cold November night.
Corporate Events & Grand Openings
Company picnics, client appreciation events, ribbon cuttings and outdoor dinners. Your restroom says something about your brand, too.
Parties & Family Gatherings
Graduation parties, milestone birthdays, reunions and holiday gatherings at home, without sending a crowd through your house.
Festivals & Fundraisers
Use the trailer for VIP, performer or sponsor areas, with standard porta johns for general admission.
Job Sites & Temporary Facilities
Long-term construction projects, office trailers and facilities under renovation where crews or staff need a step up from a porta john.

Sizing
Is One Trailer Enough?
One 3-station trailer comfortably serves about [150 to 200] guests over a typical four- to six-hour event. For bigger crowds, longer events or multi-day festivals, we'll pair it with standard porta johns for overflow or schedule service during the event.
Because guests reach the trailer by a few steps, we recommend adding a wheelchair accessible (ADA) porta john nearby for guests who need one. Tell us your guest count and timeline, and we'll put together the right setup.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Restroom Trailer Rental FAQs
How much does it cost to rent a restroom trailer?
Pricing depends on your date, location, how long you need it and whether it needs service during the event. Rentals start at [$X] for [a one-day event]. Call or text for an exact quote.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Wedding season and Mississippi State home-game weekends fill up months ahead. For other dates, a few weeks' notice is usually enough, and we'll always check short-notice requests.
Does the trailer need power and water?
Yes. It needs a standard outdoor outlet for lights, flushing and climate control, and [a garden hose connection or its onboard water tank]. We'll walk through your site before booking.
Can it go on grass?
Usually, yes, as long as the ground is firm and fairly level and our truck can reach the spot without getting stuck. Let us know if it's rained recently or the site is soft.
How many people can it handle?
About [150 to 200] guests over a typical evening event. For larger crowds, we'll add porta johns or service the trailer during the event.
Is the trailer ADA accessible?
The trailer is reached by steps, so we recommend pairing it with one of our wheelchair accessible porta johns for guests who need it.
Who cleans it during the event?
The trailer arrives spotless and stocked. For long or multi-day events, we can schedule cleaning and restocking. Many hosts ask a venue staffer or family member to check paper towels during the reception.
When do you deliver and pick up?
We typically deliver [the day before or the morning of] your event and pick up [the next business day]. Let us know if your venue has specific timing rules.
